This December we were honoured to be asked to join the collective of beautiful brands and game-changers in an 8 page spread all about Lost Little One.
In this edition of Slow Journal we have a beautiful chat with Jane, where we dive into all things Lost Little One. We talk about our roots, our time in Morocco, where we started, what we're all about and what inspires us as both a brand and a community.

Who are some of the people, places, brands or era's you have been inspired by over the years?
"Lost Little One is inspired by all the beautiful artisans that
line the streets of the colourful medinas with their beautiful handcrafted, sculpted, and sewn treasures.
We’re heavily influenced by our two homes, Morocco and Melbourne, and aim to fuse the polished vibe of Melbourne city streets with the old-age leather-working techniques to create traditional Moroccan designs.
I absolutely adore a 70s colour palette and vintage aesthetic, with classic shapes and earthy tones that remind me of the beautiful Moroccan desert. All Lost Little One wearable leather accessories are available in four beautiful earthy shades; vintage brown, dark brown and black.
Lost Little One also features a small collection of handcrafted leather journals which are made right here in Melbourne using veg-tanned kangaroo leather. These journals are inspired by our own backyard. Our leather is sourced from wild kangaroos, bearing beautiful naturally occurring 'bush scars' reminiscent of the Australian outback. Every skin we use features unique markings, making each piece truly one of a kind. When making these journals we try to embody the Australian outback, our journals are available in 9 gorgeous shades including ivory, moss, olive, tan, coffee, scarlet and merlot. These earthy tones reminding me of the epic landscape I get to call home."
