Simply contact us & let us know who you are, what you want to return and why.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.
Returns due to change of mind will warrant a store credit.
We only offer refunds if the item you received is faulty due to manufacturing or materials.
Please note in order to receive a store credit all returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.
Store credit will be issued minus all shipping expenses.
In the event you are to receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately with your your name, order number, receipt or proof of purchase and the item/s you wish to return. All return details will be provided via email within 48 hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item due to change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Bespoke Leather (Customised)
Unfortunately customised/personalised items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, so we ask that you please choose carefully. In the unlikely event that your new bespoke piece is faulty due to materials or craftsmanship we will repair and return, all expenses paid.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
