Easy Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Easy Returns

If you change your mind, we offer exchanges in the form of store credit for you to use to repurchase a replacement product of your choice. To be eligible you must return your unused product within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your or store credit.

Upon approval your store credit will be applied to your online account. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be authorised if the product is deemed unsatisfactory due to manufacturer's fault. Returns due to change of mind will be issued a store credit, we ask that you please choose carefully.

We ONLY offer refunds if the item you received is faulty due to manufacturing or materials.

The natural smell of veg-tanned leather is not a fault and will not warrant a refund or return. 

Sale Items

If you wish to return your sale item for any reason you will be issued a store credit.

Sample Sale

We do not offer refunds or returns on sample sale items. Feel free to contact us prior to purchasing to ask about the sample items we have listed on our online store. 

Bespoke Leather (Customised)

Unfortunately customised/personalised items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, we ask that you please choose carefully. In the unlikely event that your new bespoke design piece is faulty due to materials or craftsmanship we will repair and return, all expenses paid. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lostlittleone.com. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned, please choose carefully. This includes items from our samples and seconds collection.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 724 Inkerman Road, Caulfield North VIC, 3161. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
