Change your mind?
Easy. Simply contact us & let us know who you are, what you want to return and why. We ask that you re-use the ComPost bag that you received your order in. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your store credit. Store credit will be applied to your online account.

Please note in order to receive a store credit all returns must be received
unused, in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.
We encourage you to reuse the comPost postage bag that your Lost Little One arrived in. Please print off your order confirmation and send with return.
Credit will be issued minus all shipping expenses.
Please note that returns due to change of mind will warrant a store credit. Refunds are only issued for faulty items.
