The pouf in the marketing material are filled and yet these items arrived ‘deflated’. There were no instructions as to how to fill them or what with. That is very poor. Then when I checked the returns policy it is only a store credit not a refund like 99.9% of online sales providers who give a full refund no questions asked. I feel confused and aggrieved.
Hi Louise, sorry you were disappointed that your pouf was not filled when it arrived. On the product page we do talk about different ways we suggest for you to fill your pouf once it is delivered. Yes the product page showcases the pouf being used in its final form, but we are not advertising that the pouf arrives full as we openly talk about this process needed to fill it. Much like purchasing a bean bag, you will always need to fill it yourself.
It would be very hard for us to fill every pouf before sending as we offer worldwide shipping and the poufs would be big and heavy, meaning you’re delivery charges would be very expensive.
