This bag is beautiful and the customer service is so good.
One tip for everyone who buys this bag: when you're wearing it as a tote, the other backpack strap gets in the way, no matter how much you shorten it. Use a carabiner, or a claw clip to connect the shortened strap to the opposite corner (see pic to explain), it completely solves the problem!

Truly the nicest and best bag I've ever owned. Tempted to buy another for the day this one wears out. Looks exactly like the photos. Front and back each look the same and have their own zipper. Main section also has zipper, wherein you'll find one more, smaller zippered pocket and one additional open pocket. BEST BAG EVER!

I don’t normally review purchases because it’s just not what I do, but since the Tote Backpack is just so beautiful I wanted to give Lost Little One a great recommendation. The leather, the quality of the inside lining and the design is gorgeous. I am going to get many, many years of use out of my bag and I know it’s just going to become even more beautiful as it wears. I love it! Thank you Lost Little One!

So excited to receive my Little One, it’s just as I imagined. The Tommy tote/backpack is the perfect all rounder bag. Great space in the side zippered pockets, fits a large water bottle and a novel in the middle and when you need some free arms pops on your bag with ease. It’s made really well and I am looking forward to seeing my little one mature over time.

Oh I love my backpack The size is awesome and fits everything I need. Such a beautiful texture and feel. Love the colour too

This is a lovely bag, the leather quality, stitching and zippers are all great.
I bought this bag due to it’s convertibility into a backpack, and I love this versatility….however… the only drawback is that when you are using the bag as a tote, the ‘other’ backpack strap dangles and catches on things. I have shortened it to the shortest length but I have still managed to snag myself.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

I am SOOO happy with my new bag. The leather is beautiful, the design is both functional and versatile and it looks incredible. Shipping was also very fast. I’m totally in love with LLO products and have already made two more purchases!

This is my third LLO purchase & it hasn’t disappointed me. It’s so versatile it can be worn as a backpack or an over shoulder bag. I absolutely love it !
